It is possible. But you need lot of traffic on the website first. This will be hard with blogspot as Google does not give much value to blogspot blogs now. So better move to wordpress from start.

Blogspot is a google platform so adsense approval is easier, but you still need to clarify important page like privacy policy, about, contact to increase credibility
