Since Google adsense is my main passive income, I would recommend the following:
0. Google does not add sites less than 3 months old and with very little traffic. Traffic should be from 50 per day.
1. Check the quality of navigation on the site
2. Decorate the main page with dignity (large longread)
3. If you are not writing in your native language, then you should definitely check the grammar
4. Try again AdSense Approval in 3-4 weeks. Perhaps there will be a new assessor from Google and you will pass the test.
ps point number 4 can be repeated 2-3 times. If it does not work out, then in general the wrong vector was chosen for the subject of the site.
