Adsense and the next market crash

How will the next market crash affect adsense? Will adesnse still be profitable during a recession or will that go to shit as well as almost everything else? I currently do drop-shipping and am worried about my business going to absolute shit during a recession. Would it be worth it to switch over? If not, can anyone give me some tips on maintaining my drop-shipping business?
