Adsense and Social Promotion Websites

Hello Adsense Pros!

Newbie here looking for advice. If I was to use a website such as AddMeFast for Website impressions, is this a no no? I'm positive not even 1 person from these sites will click on the ad itself but I'm wondering if the impressions will still be good to use?
