Adsense and new site

So guys i have a domain 1 year old and the site i just launch it 3 months ago and i had put an old adsense account and i made ?6 in november and ?6 this for december till now.

Everything seems fine but i am worried when i will reach the payment threshold they will suspend my account for some reason or something i have this fear...

No i am not using paid traffic or clicking my own ads.

But i think my site got up quite fast in 2 months i get around 250+ unique per day.

I am using a lot of keywords in page and page titles and google is saying that you should not use repetitive keywords and such could this effect my account?

Do you use webmaster tools? got any warning?

Its a fear i mainly created it by looking at adsense forum and seen a lot of accounts getting suspended some for good reasons some for no reasons...

I heard sometimes that google allows you to reach the payment threshold and then they suspend your account by finding some reason.
