Is there any alternative ad platform to Ezoic and Adsense that accepts adult oriented content? HMU with any options if they exist - much appreciated.

you will hardly find contextual advertising for adult content, try something else

Nobody is going to pay that much for adult content. Check affiliate networks or Exoclick.

I already have a f*ck ton of traffic, this is my niche, hence the question.

Why dont you just put up a smartlink and get paid in commissions?

I'm a member of several affiliate programs and do very well here. I'm just looking to monetize pages that get incredible traffic that are informational.
