Adsense Alternative?

Hey guys,
I was recently banned from Adsense for 30 days, and am looking for an alternative to take its place for the time being. Any suggestions? I would prefer a CPM as network, and one that isn't spammy like many of the networks out there. Thanks.

AdsWikia has list Tier 1 through 5. It has reviews.

30 day ban ? That's new to me. I thought they just kick you out and close the door if you been naughty.

I like Outbrain but you need more traffic to apply.
