Adsense advice

I'm a small vlogger (about 1.3k subs) and I'm really not having a lot of success with views and sub growth. It's tiny and I'm getting very frustrated.

Does anyone here have any experience with paying Adsense to get views? I did it for the last 3 or 4 videos and I'm happy to have the views, I just wish they would convert to subs. Is there a good way to narrow down who you target, etc...?

Any general Adsense advice would be appreciated!

1.3 is not small in my opinion. If all are organic, that is a good start. Keep adding videos, you will see dramatic increase with time.
