Adsense AD inside a custom Block to be inserted in posts

Hello.
I already have Adsense auto ads active on one of my websites.
On top of that I would also like to insert a custom block in every post, for example made out of 2 columns in which the first one can be whatever i want (like some buttons to click), and the second one would be a random Ad decided by adsense as usual.

In your opinion, what is the best way to do that?

I know how to use ad rotate for inserting specific HTML in post, but is there a way to add to the Adrotate HTML something to make the Adsense ads viewable there?

If you are using WordPress, I highly recommend Ad Inserter plugin. It can do all these things without hassles. Very simple interface.

Hey man, if you are using wordpress then "Advanced ads" can do way more things then that, it's a piece of cake
