Adsense Account under relatives name?

So I have heard that a good way to get a second adsense account or an account when your primary got suspended is to file it under someone who lives with you. However would there be any tax ramification from that. Lets say that your adsense account makes some good money, would the income(w2's) be under your relatives name? How would that work than?
