Just when I started making a decent amount of money too. I guess they banned me for having spun content on some of my pages, irrelevant for their advertisers. So what do I do know? What are the best alternatives to adsense?

if the traffic from usa & uk go for chitika.....

I'm actually signed up for chitika and my traffic is mainly usa and uk. Do they pay better than adsense? Are they strict on good content/copied content? What do they display to vsitors not from uk or usa?

No other company pays good other than ad$en$e in my openion.

Yesrams, there is a reason for that

They ban for nothing I'm sure they have a quota to make people advertise for others to get paid higher

You can always make another account under company id (lcc is fine). Or just use your name with middle name + little changed address. For example
now:john M james, suite 56(b)
before: john M james, suite 56

Did you have a Privacy Policy and a About Us page? You can contact them by email, and hope you can get your account back, Or just register with the same name with a different address. Someone i know managed to open an other account this way.
