My account was not banned just disabled they sent me a message saying my site has to easy to navigate etc, it was not for invalid clicks will i still get paid? i am still able to login to the account.
Adsense account disabled for navigation will i still get paid?

Violation explanation
It is important for a site displaying AdSense to offer significant value to the user by providing unique and relevant content, and not to place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content.
(The main reason was something to do with wordpress tags
Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they are seeking.

None of the pages are auto generated, they do have little oricianal content though because its a movie website, no copyright content whatsoever, not even movie covers, but the movie descriptions are copied, then it gives legal links to sites like netflix etc

If that is the case it was because little content with not so much value, you'll still get paid but you'll need to make an appeal to reactivate the ads again on that site. You should have an appeal link at the end of the email, but first you may want to add more value to your site.

Yes it still up however no ads are showing on my site, just a yellow box

Your account is not disabled, they just disabled adsense on your specific domain / website.
My advice is, to buy a new domain and move all your old site to the new site, redirect the old domain to the new domain and that's all.
Like this you can run adsense on the new site that you created.
Or you can do like some other users said, contact them and appeal, but I don't think that adsense team will reconsider your website again.

Your account is safe and not disabled. Its just that they have disabled ads for that particular domain. This clearly mentioned about your account status "Current account status: Active".

So just to be sure you guys think I will still get paid even though they disabled that domain and that domain has earned pretty much all the revenue?
Like others have said. You will get paid but you have to fix the problem first.

you will get paid, and remove the Adsense restriction you can start by deleting the posts which reflects in the email as not meeting the qualifying criteria. Once you have removed those posts, you can send an email to the Adsense support team and let them know you have made changes to your website. And hopefully the restriction would be removed from your website.

I have appealed twice now and both times got refused they are not even looking at it, its some auto reply which comes about 20 hours later, i literally trashed about 50 pages, left just the really good ones, removed adsense from most pages and they still refused shame really i was doing OK with them but other networks pay about 90% less. I am happy that they will pay me though but that's not for another 30+ days so we will see how its goes i doubt that they will pay me i have a feeling come payday i wont be able to login in i know what they are like. Dream crushers but fingers crossed they do i pass my test in a few weeks and i could do with the money to buy a car
