Is this network good to work with and have they ever been accused of shaving ?

They are real good to work with imo. I've never been paid late and they've always accepted my traffic. Shaving? It's pretty hard to prove shaving. I've never heard somebody accuse them of it.

AdscendMedia turned me down. I offered PAID traffic when they asked what methods I would use.

Figure that one out.

All networks will allow the advertiser to "scrub" new leads against existing users/leads. Many call this shaving.

Adscend is a great network and I have never seen them shave but scrubbing is common place with every network.

They have been shaving bad lately.For the first time am getting EPC less then 0.10 usually it used to be around 0.20+ .Am planning to leave them.

The problem is not with the network but with your traffic. Your earnings depends on which offers users completes. You have to use the global preferences to make some high EPC offer always appear on content locker and remove the low paying offers.
