Adscend Media not showing up

I have a website which runs on Wp. I have installed adscend media banners on my website. I can see the banners running on my website but when I go on the control panel of adscend I cannot see my campaigns running. I tried to contact them but they cannot offer me any technical help Hence I am asking anyone who could help me please

my affiliate id is visible in the campaign. Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?

We don't currently record impressions, only clicks and leads. If you're not getting clicks/leads you won't see any stats.

I don't think any cpa networks offers impression viewing, that is more for ads.
