Adscend Media issues

I have been running 4 offers from Adscend on my website. I have installed a Wp theme in it and everything works fine as such. When I see my website I can see the banners without any issues.

I have carefully installed these ads using manage ads places option on Wp. But when I log on my Adscend Media account I cannot see these ads on Offer reports.

This means I run the campaign but the report does not show. I have also emailed my AM but he cannot solve my case as he thinks there is something technical involved. I have ran other Cpa offers and they work absolutely fine.

Btw I use HTML code provided by them to insert in my Wp. What do you think I am doing wrong?

What kind of report are u expecting to see? You wont see the impressions. You can only see the cloks, leads and country. Lead IP if any conversion.

"Campaign Name Clicks Leads EPC Conversion Avg CPA Revenue"

All this is blank when I see the offer stats so that makes me wonder if the offers are correctly installed on my website or there is any issue.

try clicking the banner and see if the ad works

When this happens.. it probably means that you didn't got any click yet. So that campaign isn't active yet. As soon as you get a click it will show up in your report area.

OR if you are getting handsome traffic and you know people have clicked/completed your offer then it could be a technical fault.

But in that way they will come to know that I clicked it. I am not so good with proxies or else I would have done it.

Anyways to answer you in more details when I keep my cursor on the ads I can see the affilliate link and other details in the bottom of the browser so I guess it has been installed (banner) correctly.

Any thing I need to check more? I am asking this because the AM is unable to help so I have to look out for help. Thanks in Advance

Adscend Media only shows up conversions by default and at most clicks. I dont remember seeing impressions in my adscend account ever. So, once you have a conversion you would be able to know. Are you using lead gateway or content gateway.

Does not matter if you click the banner as long as you don't try to sign up. I have clicked several of my own banners just to ensure that the clicks are being tracked.
As was said before adscend does not track impressions, so only clicks or leads will show up in your dashboard.

Yeah, what they said. I had the same question for my AM and he explained that it doesn't track impressions. I asked a few minutes after I posted the banners. LOL!

After a few days, I'm now seeing impressions. Not much conversions though.
