Adscend Media Content Lock Question

Hello,

I'm having a terrible time getting ahold of any AM at Adscend. My manager doesn't ever answer emails or questions. So I figured I might get a better and faster response on this site from you guys. I've just been pouring over all of this information for a few weeks now, and made a site of my own last week. I've been working on it every waking moment trying to start turning a profit.

Well, here's my problem, I have some family in a different state, and I've got some videos locked up. Well, I've tried this with about 5 different people just to see if it was their problem, but none of them can complete offers far enough to unlock the content. The ad might even say it converts on the second page or on an email, but they'll enter in their real info, email addresses, confirming and everything and it doesn't unlock. This isn't one person, this is 5.

So I purchased 10,000 unique US visits from someone here on bhw, and the analytics look good, with many people visiting 10+ pages. However, none of them are converting to leads. I can see the clicks, but no one gets far enough (even the people who are TRYING so that they can see the rest of the website). Is this some kind of problem on my end, their end, or neither?

Again, I'm new, and I'm just trying to learn as much as I can. I'm not much of a lazy bum. I get up and do what I need to do. So just point me in the right direction and I'll run. Thanks guys!

Have you try content locking with other network e.g. cp@le@d, adworkmedia etc?

No, I haven't. Is there a good list and rank of CPAs somewhere on the site?

You can try others, set up a split-test which randomly uses either our gateway or the other networks', and see which works best. My feeling is that it's your traffic. Especially if you're buying supposedly-legit traffic, I doubt it's legit traffic. You may see them hit 10 different pages but that doesn't mean they're not bots.
With real, legit users, and quality content that people would be willing to unlock, I'm sure you'll see positive results.

This however doesn't explain why the 5 family members who tested the locker were not able to unlock the content?

@OP send a message to JeremyAM he's one of the owners of adscendmedia. how many offers did u try? the same one?? sometimes an offer may say it converts on email submit but other things are required in order to get a lead.

Adscend is a good network. But i did notice on them slacking off when replying to publishers mails. I used to get a response quick, now sometimes they don't respond at all.

I did a test between Adscend and another network with another member here for a project we were looking at - and Adscend barely registered a conversion so we just had to go elsewhere at that time... as Adscend was just that bad.

Adscend Media is working very well for me. I think the problem is with your traffic. Buying traffic will not work because in most of the cases, the traffic is created by bots.
