I'd never seen this site mentioned before, so I thought I would share it. If you're an ad geek, or looking for new ad networks, you'll enjoy. While it isn't strictly a "black hat tool", this seemed like the best place to post.

interesting post....someone had to come up with this idea since every company requires ads.txt for their publishers
