Ads targeting different countries

Based in Asia and I would like to target western countries. Can't see the options or how to do it. How can I target customers outside of Asia because non of the new follows or customers are even English speaking.

Tiktok, the post is in the tiktok forums so I assumed the platform in questions would be obvious

You would need three things: A dedicated Mobile Phone or device, A high quality 4G Proxy with rotation option (The country you want to target) and lastly a US or your choice of country's Sim card. I think an e-sim will work as well. Use these three together and make sure the Proxy is connected to the device 24/7. This setup is required in order to pull viewers from other nations.

Seems like a lot of work just to use targeted ads. I think I'll pass on tiktok for now.
