Is there anyone offering ads service for cheap?
In the marketplace section all the services I see are atleast $2000/month

$2k a month is actually pretty standard for legit ad services, if you're looking for way cheaper, you're probably gonna have to diy or hit up fiverr for super basic stuff

I think a $2,000/month is quite reasonable, because crypto content its more risk.

If you had taken a look at the Hire a Freelancer section and checked threads related to ads/cloaking you'd have been able to see that there are a lot of service providers offering such services for cheap:
