Ads plugin to save your website from AdSense's Auto ads?

Has anyone used anything like this?

It looks like the right job; it saves me destroying my own site with code snippets that may or may not be placed where they should be, looks like a safe way forward...

Got a suggestion from a guy that knows his stuff about having your webpage ready for visitors. I was asking if AdSense is still as heavy as it was back in the day, he said just watch out for auto placements.
