Do you have any interesting courses to help me learn how to create ads on Facebook? :)

I do a bit of Facebook ads, not 100% if traffic is genuine and local people I am targeting are seeing my ads
 
And when I post ads on the marketplace for sale say within 10 miles from me I have people 20 or 30 miles say they are interested on messager but they are to far out, with these ads you pay every time someone messages you, I smell a rat.

It is always going to take trial and error to see what works and what doesn't. Always split test, always try to improve.
 
There is also the official Facebook Blueprint course, you can even get Facebook Certified(certificate exam is paid). They have a section where you can do trial tests and learn for free.

If you are totally new then I would suggest to start with facebook blueprint, next you can find tons of knowledge on youtube, don't buy any paid courses because most of these information you can find for free
