perhaps i may be wrong but isnt USA/GERMANY and 5 "eYeZ" countries considered tier 1 and the rest of the world is tier 2 tier 3?

unless your cpm is high (which i doubt coming from turkey) is it not tier 1. Not trying to be a bum, but i am pointing out that you should aim for top tier countries rather than well...below average visits
