Ads network and type for job offer?

I am planning to run some CPA offer about jobs.
I am not able to set ads on facebook, google ads,X and linkedin.
Could someone suggest me which other Ads network and type are good to go?

Taboola or Outbrain ads.

I am not sure push is good or not since it could not target specific audience..

Then you can use native

Last option is to cloak your URL and run ads on facebook ads it will bypass facebook bot.
