You can change the content of your ads regularly, and also check to see if you have ever violated Facebook policies.

You may be lucky enough to get around the rules a few times, but that's not a sustainable method because sooner or later FB will find out that you're cheating. There was a case of a friend of mine before, he was lucky a few times, but then as soon as he increased the budget for the camp, the camp would be rejected immediately.

Facebook’s censorship has gotten tougher, and some old tricks don’t work anymore. The best move is to make sure your ads are clear, follow the guidelines, and don’t mislead anyone. If rejections keep happening, maybe tweak your copy or landing page.

Also, AI is getting better and better. Their flagging system use AI in background. So, this will become tougher as time goes by. I suggest , become subtle. How about promoting , improve your health ads. Then, move to your website, there show multiple options and show your product in separate page.
Frankly, build your audience. Also, try semrush or some spy tools, check what your competitors are doing. There must be some big players in it. Check their funnel and adcopy.
