CPA is best for that, but be creative dont just drop link locker.

you could try one of the video ad platforms... brightroll, yume, adap.tv, spotxchange, auditude, videology and more...[h=3][/h]

If you dont get any traffic you cant possibly monetize anything because there isnt anything to monetize if you get lets say 100 visitors a day you should join a CPA network and hope for the best because honestly if you get under 100 visitors a day you will make almost no money at all

Indeed, just like xploit said. To monetize your site, its not worth it to do it yet until you work your traffic up. However, some webmasters use youtube and don't require their site to get traffic. Some do very very well but you always have to be creative
