I lied on adsense when I was 13 (way to make me feel old)
I have never seen an advertiser require you to prove you are 18. If they ask for bank details I gave them over, I have to say I have never ran into this problem. Ah well don't have to worry about it now I am over 18.
But if you are having problems getting an advertiser go with these guys, I have just started using them and it is really really good. I wish you luck!

You can use ad sense I'm 16 and i'm using it with no problem.

Bidvertiser is crud. They pay decently and they're trust worthy, but they can come up with ridiculous excuses to not pay you. For example, someone clicked my ads 10 times in a row, and instead of simply not counting those clicks, they emailed me and told me I have to ban that person from my site, and they also took away my funds from that week.
Just curious, why do you need to be 18 for adsense? I lied about my age when I first started and had no problems. I got checks normally.

Well for any advertising program you need to be 18. The reason is you are signing a legal contract, to which you need to be 18. You can't get a contract phone until your 18 not because you normally don't have a steady income but you are not independent as far as money is involved.
I had a look around as to why because it is hard to explain. So I found this site that had a pretty good reason why.
again take out the star and it will work fine. Hope you find that useful.
p.s. Makes me wish I was under 18 so I could some of that out!
