Ads for embedded yt videos?

Hello,
I have a website with embedded yt videos. At the moment I monetize my website with AdSense alone but I want to make money with every video play so I am looking for a "content locker video ad" I don't know if this is the correct name for that but let me explain it to you.

I want that every visitor have a watch a video ad before they can see the embedded video. Is there a plugin for wordpress or something like that?
I hope that somebody can help me. If you don't understand what I mean please tell it me and I try to explain it better and more detailed to you.

I think you will greatly harm your views number and in the end you will make way less then with Youtube partnership alone. Just my 2 cents.
