No, today the facebook is so strict when applying coupon for new account, it would block yr account for suspicious activity.
new idea for running Fb ads just to show impression, that is choosing the ads type: "manual max CPC" set the max CPC is 0,5 cent, then you just have to pay the fee and your cpc is too low. This trick used to show impression mainly.
