Ads exchange network new codes not working for me

They changed the ads for new ones and sent by email. I replace old ones by new ones with header plugin in wp, added new javascript code in domain root and ads are not working, not showing, plus new tag causes sidebar under content issue. Apparently from Slack channel reactions I'm the only one with the issue.

To be honest instructions were vague. In slack channel when asked they told me that old individual tag codes should be removed as well, even if that wasn't specified in initial email and they didn't provide replacements.

OK if that's it, what do I replace the individual codes with then? I can provide more details if needed, thanks.
