No one can give you a correct tip or suggestion unless you mention what exactly is the ad disapproval reason as shown within the Google Ads account interface (you need to be logged into the Google Ads account to know that). Find out why an ad was by looking at the "Status" column.
Landing page ? Even due to landing page, there are still one of various reasons that is shown in the "Status" column .... You need to mention THAT reason which is shown the "Status" column, so that others may be able to guide you as per their knowledge and experiences.
"Circumventing Systems" is a reason shown for account suspension and not for ad disapproval.
No offence intended, but I am always so surprised when lots of people post their issues without providing even the basic information required to have an idea. This shows lack of skills to have an "eye for details". Such people employ the similar "lack of eye for details" in creating their landing pages and creating their campaigns as well and then they remain clueless about why their ad is disapproved or why account got suspended !!!
Even more surprising is people replying without an OP even providing the very basic information required in order to have a correct understanding of the issue. The same lack of basic understanding people employ in their account creations, campaigns, etc and then they remain clueless about any issues occuring.

YOU ARE WRONG ... "Circumventing Systems" is NOT and NEVER a reason shown in "Status" column for ad disapproval.
"Circumventing Systems" is a reason shown for ACCOUNT SUSPENSION and NEVER for ad disapproval, that is why I asked what is the ad disapproval reason in the "Status" column. Or are you talking about account suspension ? Or are you confused between the two of these issues ? If you need concrete help from helpful people, change your mindset to accept your mistakes or lack of knowledge rather than reacting like a spoilt kid. You want to get personal, then do that in PMs with people. I am a member who has solved lots of issues for many other members and if you need proof of that, I can show you. So, if you need help in forums, you need to grow up and accept when you are clearly pointed out to be incorrect, then provide the correct information when asked for, so that MANY others can also help you. We are here to share our knowledge of what can be reasonably shared for people's benefit and campaign related issues, everyone shares tips, suggestions and solutions. (It is only account creation methods that almost no one would openly share, for very obvious reasons). Once again, improve your attitude, it will also help you in life overall. I do wish you success and I will still try my best to address your ad disapproval issue, no problems.

OK, "circumventing systems" must be an ad disapproval reason recently added by Google Ads (in addition to other usual reasons). Upto 4 or 5 months ago, "circumventing systems" was shows only as account suspension reason. And, I've never had ad disapproval in last almost 5 months, so I was not aware. Anyways, let us see now how best we can diagnose. That screenshot you posted shows all those 3 reasons (as in it) as valid for your ad disapproval, not only circumventing systems ... (lots of changes happening in GAds interface). You would have received an email pertaining to that ad disapproval. What does the email mention, or also post a link to screenshot of that email as well (cover details such as email, GAds account number, etc).
What niche are you running ? Make sure your landing page, keywords and ad copy are all extremely well synchronized with eachother.
Sometimes some website templates have some hidden coding which GAds sees as malicious.Try by changing the template of website / landing page. Are you cloaking ?
What I'm mentioning, may seem too broad for obtaining a solution, but GAds algorithms are "deep" and many a times a deep diagnosis only is the way to a solution. Once again, I will surely try my best to help you based on my knowledge.

When in ads section, please see what is mentioned under the "Policy" column ? What ad disapproval reason is shown there ???
If you do not see a "Policy" column, click on Columns and click Modify Columns and enable to show for "Policy" and save, then you will get to see the "Policy" column ...
