Ads budget

Hey,
i've lately tried SEO and now i realized that this is not my game ( A lot of painful work, and it's a bit slow ), now i'm thinking of trying Ads, but still i'm not sure what should be my starting budget, and also i don't know if i should go with FB Ads or Adwords, any advice is appreciated

FB is good for testing stage, as you can get results for few bucks spent on ads. Whereas adwords is for already established advertisers.
