Instagram has limits for the number of times an account can perform an activity. If you don’t know what those limits are, you’re putting your account at risk.

What kind of ads? legal or illegal? did you cloak the ads?

whether legal or illegal still banned i cant connect facebook to instagram

What have you been doing with the account recently? I mean how many posts? How many actions? Were you running the account using proxies?

i get alot of bans as i resell followers on instagram ads, can somebody tell me how to get more attention/impression on instagram ads?

You want more impression, but your main problem should be bans that you get. Why not solve that first ?
