I recently launched an Amazon PPC campaign for a new product. Ads are approved, impressions are okay, CTR is decent, but conversions are almost zero. I’ve tried automatic targeting, manual targeting, and different ad placements, but nothing seems to be working. Is it the keyword strategy, bid amount, or something else I’m missing?

Amazon PPC is tricky for new products. Low reviews and no social proof often kill conversions even if CTR is fine.

Check your keywords. Broad matches can bring traffic that clicks but doesn’t buy. Focus on high-intent long-tail keywords.

Optimize your product page. Images, bullets, and descriptions heavily influence conversions. PPC can only drive traffic.

Bid strategy matters. Sometimes overbidding on low-performing keywords wastes budget and kills ROI.

Monitor placement performance. Top of search vs. product pages can perform differently; adjust bids accordingly.

Sounds like your listing or offer might be the bottleneck, not the ads—check images, copy, and price first.

Sounds like people are interested enough to click, but something on the listing might be stopping them—I'd take a good look at your images, price, and reviews.

Getting clicks means your ads are doing their job—now it’s about making the product page seal the deal, so maybe fine-tune the visuals or messaging a bit.

f your ads are getting impressions and clicks but no conversions, it’s usually an issue with the product page rather than the PPC setup. Check your pricing, reviews, images, and listing copy — even small improvements there can make a big difference. PPC only works well when the listing is already optimized to convert.

Good CTR but no conversions means your listing is the problem, not the ads.
Check your main image, title, and reviews against your top competitors. Are you convincing people to buy after they click?
Also, ensure your keywords are highly specific to your product, not just broad terms.

It could be a mix of things—maybe your product page or listing isn't optimized enough for conversions. I'd check your product title, images, and reviews. Also, try refining your keyword strategy and targeting more specific long-tail keywords.

Probably your listing needs work—good CTR won’t help if the page itself doesn’t convince people to buy.

It sounds like you're hitting a common snag—impressions and clicks don't always equal sales. Let's investigate your product listing first; ensure high-quality images, compelling copy highlighting benefits, and competitive pricing are in place to encourage conversions once someone clicks through. Also, review your keyword match types and consider A/B testing different ad creatives with stronger calls to action.

Looks like your targeting or bids might need tweaking. Try narrowing down your keywords or increasing bids for better visibility on the right searches.

Most likely your landing/product page isn’t converting—check images, reviews, and copy; even good CTR won’t make sales if the page doesn’t convince buyers.

Your ads are fine, your listing isn’t converting, so you’re paying for clicks that don’t trust or want the product yet.
