Ads Approved But Not Running..

Anybody else experiencing this? I have been farming accounts and ads for months. Recently I have been creating ads, get approved and then just sits for days?? I have read numerous articles about them cracking down on cloaking starting any day now but this is weird. Post is still there, account still active, just not running.

There is a problem I think for 1 week. Ads approved but it's not spending. But old accounts can spend. And you are trying for personel account or in business manager ?

sometimes they show "approved" but actually is under review, that's why no traffic

I have this issue as well. It's been few weeks already
