Adsense, mediavine( high traffic) there are few more for high traffic.
 
Depends on content and targeted traffic but generally I can recommend AdSense as I banked there the most in past.

If you can easily access ads, i think you should get into pay per call affiliate marketing
Very low barriers to entry due to minimum restrictions
Otherwise, if you are a bit more technical, you can try black hat affiliate, which is like gambling, adult content, meeting platforms etc..
