AdRev Partnership

Does anyone know anything about partnering with Adrev? I've never heard of them. They sent a PM to one of my channels (that was previously adsense disabled), inviting me to apply for partnership. I did a search here for adrev and couldn't find anything.

???? Anyone. I know there is a thread open about partner networks but not this one.
