This is simply ridiculous.
First of all, every one of our publishers has been paid up to date, some early if they needed it, and we are about to make our payments for May. Sure, there have been some issues along the way getting payments to the odd publisher, new network, teething problems etc but ALL have been resolved. Why would we simply choose not to just pay you?
In your case, I believe we have been very accomodating and I personally have chased this outstanding payment around. On your part, communication from you, to me, has been lax at best, yet you expect me to resolve these issues immediatley, when all I have from you is your word.

I asked for you to keep me posted, to ensure that it arrived, 2 weeks went by, THEN you tell me it hasnt and expect me to resolve the issue instantly.
You didnt keep me posted as I asked, and thus I assumed that you had got it. Then it transpires that you did not receive it, so of course I am going to take some time to check up. I am not just going to wire you another $2k of cash on your say so. Verifing the status of a wire transfer that was sent over 2 weeks previous takes a little time, and allI can do, is wait for the bank to do it.
This issue actually turned out to be an incorrect routing code entered for the wire, a clerical error, not on our part but at the bank. I do all of our wire transfer personally in branch to try and eliminate silly mistakes like this.

Finally I get a acknoledgement that Paypal is fine, but not given a Paypal! 2 days later again, message that theres no payment

Finally I get a Paypal, and send the remaining balance (not the wire) via Paypal.

I was never instructed to stop the wire as you can see above, he was happy for that to get represented and get the remainder payment via Paypal.

Only on the 23rd of April, 1 week ago, was I requested by saveposter to STOP the wire, get it recalled and send that money via Paypal when it is back in our account. This can take up to 10 working days and can STILL CLEAR as the money is in the US, and has to come back to the UK (where we are located).
I hope you can all see from this post, that the blame in not totally on my side and I have done as much as possible to resolve this issue as best as we can.
As soon as that wire payment is returned, and so cant have cleared to you, we will clear our balance with you as I have stated all along.
