I stumbled across Adperium.com, they host banners on LOTS of websites, i havent really dabbled in banner advertising before but would like to get my feet wet, can anyone offer any advice?

I was thinking perhaps a free credit score offer (completely free, no CC) pays only $3 but with not needing a CC it'll convert better...

Any nudges in the right direction? I tried advertising my initial WH site through adwords 8 months ago, but soon saw the light and used it to get into CPA networks and assassinate some email/address submits :p

anybody help me out? i thought this would be the best section...

Bookmarked this thread.. I have no idea about Adperium and couldn't find any reviews.. website looks interesting :)

Have you ever done banner advertising before. If not careful you can eat up money real quick. Do you only pay for clicks or impressions as well?

You pay for impressions, 30 cents per thousand or thereabouts.

I just want some advice of guys who have already experimented with it, i'd like to run some profitable campaigns paid for with money i earn elsewhere

Thanks for posting this thread. I would also like to know if any BH'ers have
used this service. There is a $50 minimum! hmmm.... scratching chin....

Any help or alternative to Adperium.com would be much appreciated...

Several torrent sites use this sites banners, i've had a few brain waves of what to advertise if we're targeting an 18-30 demographic, but i dont want to jump in without first learning more about it

Right. The demographic, according to Adperium, is right on for what I want
to promote. I'm not running CPA, so seeing as how someone is on a torrent
site, they want something for free. I want them to slap down the credit
card....

Just ordered a $50 campaign, 318 K impressions, 0.17 CPM

They still have to review my banner, not sure how long that will take.
I will keep you posted on my results.

I'd like to her more about them. Anyone got something new? Any experiences? A short review?

Ran a few campaigns through their self-service advertising system. Minimum buy is $50 via PayPal or MoneyBookers, results are very good so far. Their interface lets you block individual sites and optimize banners.

No, but I found this thread while Googling for other people with experiences on the 5 ad networks I'm using now, and decided to post mine.

lol i thought the same thing
is it 50 bucks per campaign , per deposit or per day?

Just tried them last month.
Traffic was horrible and the CPM is sky high because they are the middle man.
Deposited 50$ got 97,000 impressions 0 conversions.
Better avoid them

i've run some dating offers on this network and did ok. They have a lot of US inventory and a decent selection of euro and other inventory. My suggestion is set your daily budget low to see what your CTR looks like, then add additional creatives until you get one that has a really great CTR. When you're buying banner space CTR is the key. You can easily get your CPC down to .10-.15 if are consistently testing CTR.

Once you've got a good CTR, start split testing similar offers. I always try to make my banners generic so I can swap out the offer without having to change the banner out. So for example, my dating banners may have a few pictures of half naked girls and read "come chat with me." That way I can change out offers without changing the banner. Also, use your own URL and just redirect or iframe the offer you're promoting. That way you don't have to wait for admin approval to make changes. I try to test at least 50-60 clicks before I give up on an offer.

Hope this helps you guys. GL.
