No one in here gonna tell you the trick. There is a few people who know the trick and i guess they don`t want to saturated it.I am trying to solve the same problem few weeks but with now success.

I think google cannot check IP, Google check ID computer? because I use socks but can not verify your billing info.

I had the same problem when I was using Adwords coupons. All the account I created got suspended for billing address not verified.

I had a friend open a totally legitimate adwords on HIS computer, with his real wife's credit card.
The ads never ran and about a month later they banned the account and said "cannot verify billing info", no vouchers, 100% credit card.
even deposited $11 and they still banned accout with "unable to verify billing address"

Your friend should send google an email inviting them to dinner at his place. Only then google might be able to verify the address.

Yeah, this happend to me too. I also got suspended because they could not verify billing information. This happend though after I used a coupon code. Not sure if it was because of that but they don't reply to emails you send them so how am I ever supposed to know why?

here's what I did.
1. bought 10 sim cards (it just cost a less than a $1 here in the Philippines)
2. searched for the top tourist destinations. then I manually grabbed the addresses.
3. I then used those addresses to verify the billing address but you need to tweak those addresses a little. Like the street number. If it is 208 Litton Street, make it something like 140 Litton Street.
4. Use different cellphone numbers to phone verify the accounts you made. I also discovered that you can use the same phone number thrice at the same day of registering and verifying three adwords accounts.
