I would like to know how much cost for one Flash with minimum 2-5 minutes, what's the average range of prices for web developer to create flash for my website? Please let me know.

It all depends on the complexity of those 2-5mins. Either way I wouldn't use flash anymore. Your best bet would be to get someone to do what you're after using a JavaScript library such as jquery

Jquery or html5 canvas, either way javascript > flash.
