Can you get away with selling small amounts of these items or are they too risky?

I would think they would catch you pretty quick, and both would be a felony I would think.
I had my internet disconnected for downloading Rosetta Stone from a torrent site so I know they are serious about catching people for sure.
Selling them would be way more risk than I would be willing to take myself, unless you are talking about groups of offline people you would end up in jail.

ok thanks for the discouraging words.
Its just that I have had a hard time making profit with 15% fees and I'm looking for some new Items with a higher markup.
Where do you guys find suppliers for products?
and what are some good lower risk item with decent profit?
I know its been asked a million times but it seems there is never any good answer. I have money to invest and an aged account with 100+ feedback, but having trouble with products :/

there are plenty of items that are below the radar and you can make great money on these, that is ongoing great money, easily $1000 a week. It is also thinking outside the box and selling outside the USA as profits can be much higher when you do

I see alot of your post on here can you possibly pm me some contact info, I would love to hear more.
I'm a full time engineering student at the moment so a job is out of the question, and i have been doing ebay/amazon sales since I was 15 with 100% positive feedback so I know how to operate.
Help is very much appreciated!!!
NEVER SELL ROSETTA STONE on eBay!! Craigslist it's okay because if you're in a state like mine with alot of hicks then they wont kno what is real and fake even if you stand in front of them.
At most, if you sell other softwares, sell like 1 or 2 if you make a new account. Sell 4 or up to $500 if you got less than 100 feedback and this apply only to somewhat aged selling account like 4-5 months. I' m not sure about 100+ feedback with serious age yet. I'll tell u when i get there.
Also try setting up a new account in Canada and sell internationally using VPN or any other European countries or Latin American countries. I'm not gonna deal with Asian countries.

if your selling really good replicas and maybe 1 per month, i think it would be easy to get away with it, just make sure its a stealth account

Ya rosetta stones get taken down immediately on ebay because your not allowed to resell. I had no problem selling the one I had on amazon..

So for those insterested I have found some pretty good deals at

I ordered a lot and made my money back + about 100%
however you can get screwed if some of the items dont work because it is mostly returns that you are buying.
