Adobe Creative Cloud - The best solution for content team?

Hello guys,

I'm working as a video editor/content creator in a startup and I need to buy an Adobe license for me and my graphic designer. I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition and Encoder, so I will probably go for the "All application pack" and the graphic designer use only Illustrator from Adobe. Can you please recommend to me the best price option for us? Is there any good pack for teams so anyone can also join in the future? If I buy 1 license, can we use it on multiple devices?
