Hello.I'm a begginer at android dev apps and games and i want to know if you can help me with this game . i have a problem with admob interstitial ads . it appears when i quit the game and i want to change these to appear every time when it's game over. Can you help me please and i will never forget that . thank you .

First, showing ads outside your app is against ADMOB TOS.

Without knowledge of java programming language, you cannot make that change.

Contact a freelancer.

You have to copy the interstitial code from google admob website then add id to the game over scene script

where did you get the source code from?
if you buy from a legitimate seller, then simply ask the seller to help you change the code.
it is the easiest way since the developer of the app is someone who knows how the workflow of the app without having to learn how the app works.
