Avg session time is more than 8 min. How can we use several admob ? Each one has to be be reach 200 Pound for getting payment. And we have to wait pin in every account ? It is not sustainable

use json file to rotate admob ads that will show on your apps so each time a different ads will be showing from a diffetent admob also trying mixing with other networks like FAN
I try to integrate Appodeal and use FAN, Unity ads together. But the problem is FAN doesnt pay in my country and unity ads has high threshold to pay (100$ and 2 months after ), Admob was the best for me unfortunately
A lot of people is suffering from same problem from Jun 2020. Google isnt doing anything to solve it and doesnt care anyone except his own

How do you do that when you need to add the account in android manifest?
You can not to change application id in manifest, you can just request to ids from json runtime and change only them on the server
