admob account suspended :(

Hello guys,
My google play developer account was suspended after 6 months.
and then got my admob account suspended too.
I got paid 3 times and now it's suspended for those reasons :

Cases of non-compliance observed:

Incitement to dishonest behavior:
We do not allow content:
which helps users to mislead other people;
that incites hacking, regardless of the method used, and / or provides instructions or equipment for the unauthorized use or modification of software, servers or websites.

I'm not helping users to mislead people.
I'm not incites hacking etc ect ...

Any ideas guys?

entertainement i can't say much ... ratings are about 3.9 ... all organic not paid
