If you're an admin of a group, you can choose to require admin approval before posts by members appear in your group

Yup Admin can control who can post admin or members, allow post submission from all and manually approve selected post,
allow preapprove post from specific member(autoapproval)
create and experiment Admin powers

its in each post after approval use three dots (turn off commenting)

You cannot control and approve comments before they are published. Only after the comment has been published, you can delete it by viewing each post separately
