Make sure you have a fb:admins or fb:app_id on that page and you are logged in as an administrator. Click on the like button and check if the link is appearing. Go to the facebook site and check the "advert and pages" tab on the left side. The admin page will be there too.
I've been having this problem too. It's VERY annoying as those likes are very targetted and I'd like to publish to their feeds...
I haven't had time to try and debug why admin isn't working for me but all of my open graph sites are on wordpress and they've all got different accounts as admins...
So I thought I'd probably messed up somehow modifying the theme files to get it working. From your screenshot I can't tell if you're using WP though OP.
surprise: So og:type should be set to website instead of article on every separate page on a site to get admin working?
Also, slightly off topic but does anyone know if different og:type values affect weightings in the feeds of likers? Or is it just based on likes and comments on updates?
