Hi. I found in my country some facebook group that not have any admin on it.
How to claim to be admin of this group?

In this pictures appears like that :

Use fb mobile app and go to the admin panel of these groups you'll find a claim button

Maybe one admin is not completely disabled yet

admin account has been disabled, so you can't claim the moderation

you have to wait for the original admin id to be completely disabled - as you can see on the ss says admin 1 , meaning his/her id is awaiting FB verification.
Once fb disables the id you will see the claim button
