I would try contacting one of the moderators and not the owners directly!
I don't have his irc. His contact page is showing only his skype and email ID. I have dropped 2 mails in his Gmail ID and added him on Skype but still waiting for 2 weeks now I guess.

I can read easily even if you don't bold it. If you check out my stats then you'll see that I have more then 20 posts now I guess. This is another problem I am seeing that my number of posts is not increasing and perhaps that's why I am not able to PM. It is showing 4 posts for last one week.

News FLASH for you.
He PAID for a service, part of that service includes having a sig in his link. He CONTRIBUTED what he needed to, to have that privilege. There is NOTHING wrong with wanting to get what you paid for.

The main purpose of Premium membership is for people that want to use images and links in their signature, but don't want to wait till they meet the qualifications for Jr.VIP. (It used to also let you make a BST thread, but the BST requirements have changed so this isn't the case anymore.)
(If you do want to become a Premium member so that you can use signature links, you need to read through the Forum Rules regarding signatures. There have been members in the past that were upset to find after they became Premium members that the links they wanted to use were still not allowed.)

My 2cents is that you should have at least 15 posts.
When you have 15 posts it is enabling the private messaging and probably all the donor privileges.
This case hasn't been covered before, as the donation are mean't for people who likes the forum and wants to contribute more than receive.

I'm disappointed in you.
Give him time to respond... he works for FREE and has a family as well so he is not going to jump just because you are hitting him up.
Surely you do not think that you are the only one that is contacting him and he may have a lot of messages to respond to on a regular basis... I certainly do and I am not a Mod or Admin here so I can imagine what he deals with on a regular basis.
