I have a site with a traffic of 200K visitors per day. Currently I use Adsense. I just received a proposal from AdMaven. What do you think of this company?

Premium ad network, better than Adsense.
You should definitely give it a try.
 
Ad-maven will be good ad network for you , working with them for long ,no problems at all .

Using this Ad Network for some time on several sites and so far I'm very happy with them. High Cpm rates and you can use Ad Formats that you haven't in Adsense
